Breast Reduction ,Firming & Lifting
Breast reduction is done by destructing the fat cells on that areas, according to the size of the breast,it has to be destucted three / four times.

Breast Firming & Lifting
A Firming of the chest muscles was done in order to obtain a lifting of the breast. Isometric contraction is a muscular tension without changing the length of the muscle. Isometric exercise involves single bundle of muscles, stimulating almost all the fibers, therefore enhancing their strength without effect. Every muscle is composed by bundle of fibers, which react to the nervous stimulation. We perform an isotonic exercise alternating concentric and eccentric movements, which normally stimulate about50% of the muscular fibers.

For e.g.: - When an arm or leg is raised is known as concentric muscular when they return to the rest work position (when an arm is lowered slowly) is known as eccentric muscular work. By Isometric contraction that stimulates 100%of the fibers with just six seconds of actual stimulation, performs a perfect tension in any bundle of fibers restoring toning and strength with out effect. The bundle of muscles causes the lifting of the subcutaneous tissue that adhering to the bundle of muscles and to the clavide, act as suspensory ligament . It also reduces fat Tissues during the process. The lifting of the nipple was considered the variant as to the starting situation for a good result with this treatment it is necessary to have a fairy good amount of muscular tissue in the chest area
