Destruction of fat cells ( Key to slimming - non Surgical
). |
It is an advanced technique
proposed for the removal of excess fatty tissue in those
areas that are usually resistant to diet and physical
exercise. This technique involves less risk and less
blood loss and reducing recovery times, which are safer
and more compatible, composed to traditional methods.
It allows the surgeon to sculpt the body specifically
targeting the adipocytes (Fat tissue Cells), which contain
the fatty mater. |
“Permanent Fat
Removal by using ultrasound energy is completely new
way of removing excess body fat”!!! The technology
is based on focused ultrasound energy that selectively
destroys fat cells with out damaging the other tissues.
The completely is painless and designed as “walk
in – walk out” procedure. The technology
claims that only a predetermined amount of focused ultrasound
energy is precisely directed at a specified target area
within adipocyte membrane without causing damage to
the neighboring skin, blood vessels and peripheral nerves.
Fat from the ruptured cells are released into the interstitial
fluid and then gradually transported through the venous
system to the liver. The patient lies normal and no
anesthesia is required during the procedure –
the fat itself which is non- rigid undergoes spatial
deformities in real time. The procedure gives patients
the benefits of lipoplasty, while reducing risks, discomfort,
and recovery time. The treatment is especially suitable
for removing areas of fat that never seen to disappear.
It can remove excess fat around the waist, the stomach,
hips, thighs and other problem areas. |
An opposed to liposuction
– by the technology of ultrasound video tracing
systems only destroys the fat cells in the treatment
area. As new fat cells are not produced in adulthood,
fat cells that are destroyed will not reappear. This
ensures that treatment results are permanent. Fat from
the destroyed cells are metabolized in the same way
as the fat we eat. They have not been any documented
side effects to this date. The same ultra sound technology
used in pregnancy but are generally more power full
and focused.
It is ideal for the patient, who has excess fat on the
abdomen, flanks (love handles) hips or thighs (saddle
bags) that is resistant to diet and exercise. Multiple
treatments may be required to address several areas
of the body. the treatment is virtually pain free and
is the only treatment except for liposuction that removes
fat permanently.
DESTRUCTION OF FAT CELL
Fat is the nature's way of excess energy- upto 75% of
the volume of the fat cells is occupied with fat known
as Triglycerides. The latest technology proposed for
the removal of excess fatty tissue in these area that
are usually resistant to diet and exercise, in which
ultra sound beam disrupts the fat cells by breaking
down the cell membranes into free fatty acids released
during the treatment will eventually processed in normal
pathways that nature has evolved for the transport of
fat. Safe and Selective fat cells lysis is achieved
by breaking down the adipocyte membranes without causing
damage to neighbouring blood vessels and nerves. Triglycerides
from the broken down fat cells are released into the
interstitual fluid and then regularly transported through
the vascular system to the liver. There is no destruction
in the liver between the fatty acids originating from
the disrupted Adipocytes and the ones originating from
the consumed meal. The cell debris is then removed through
the free fatty acids released during the treatment.
Free fatty acids released during the treatment are immediately
processed by Lipoprotein Lipase ( LPL) an enzyme bound
to adipocytes- hydrolyzed by LPL to glycerol and free
fatty acids. Free fatty acids being relatively insoluble
in water, bind to albumin and are transported to the
liver or other tissues that need these molecules as
building blocks or energy. Glycerol is soluble in water
and is transported to the liver or other cells that
could use this molecules. The free glycerol equilibrates
among both the interstitial fluid compartments( tissue
fluids) and systemic (blood fluid ) compartments.
If the released TG ( Triglycerides) is not broken down,
it may link to very low density Lipoprotein particles
( VLDL) found in the lymph. VLDL is further processed
to other Lipoprotein classes ( IDL, LDL) and ultimately
transported to the liver for recycling back to free
glycerol and free fatty acids.
In Conclusion, the released TG(triglycerides) or its
derivatives are processed by known metabolic pathways.
No unnatural or new metabolic pathways are required
for the body to process the released ( Triglycerides
) physiological pathways. |
