Gynaecomastia is a condition of enlargement of the mammary glands in men. About 40-60% of men are affected by this condition. With age, fat deposits tend to collect in the breast areas and in some individuals, glandular excess of breast tissue may occur right from adolescence. In rare cases, certain drugs or hormonal conditions may influence the onset of Gynaecomastia.

Two to three session of fat destruction will be required for the treatment according to the size of the breast. For providing firmness to the chest muscles and giving breast lift, isometric exercises are recommended for stimulating the muscular fibers.
