A 16 yr. old girl reported
with multiple decayed spots on the
Upper front teeth, associated with spotty discoloration
of enamel. A diagnosis of severe enamel hypoplasia (defectively
formed enamel) was made. It was decided to perform crown
procedures on the upper front teeth which were the worse
affected.
